Working for a brighter future in Stamford and beyond
Sammy Dominguez Jr. joined Domus in 2008; his previous roles include family advocate, Lion’s Den counselor, and summer camp counselor. Originally from Stamford, Sammy brings both personal connection and deep commitment to his work. “After seeing the unfortunate circumstances many young men and women end up in while I was working in an incarceration environment, I aim to offer pivotal guidance before youth reach that point. Helping young people recognize their potential, learn from their mistakes, and understand the gravity of incarceration pushes me to continue the work I do daily.” In his free time, Sammy enjoys traveling, watching ballet, and playing sports.
