Ryan joined Domus in 2018 as a family advocate at Stamford High. In December 2021, he transitioned to the Domus Anchor program, where he played a key role in developing and grow the program. “I believe in the Domus mission statement and appreciate being able to serve the community where I’m from. Working with passionate people who also truly believe that a loving relationship can change lives is invaluable. Anchor gave me a new opportunity to build stronger connections with our students and support them in a more personalized and meaningful way.” Ryan’s dedication to youth and his calm, thoughtful presence make a lasting impact on the students he serves. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hiking, learning new things, and having insightful conversations that challenge his thinking and inspire growth.
